For our July issue of Mountaineer Magazine, out today, I had the pleasure of interviewing Tyrhee Moore and Rosemary Saal of Expedition Denali, the first all African-American team to attempt to summit America’s highest peak.
Together we delved into the issue of diversity in the outdoors and they theirs their ides for possible solutions to the “diversity gap”. Turns out we can all do something to help.
I’m really honored to have been included in this specific article, and I am really proud of my fellow Mountaineers (specifically Suzanne Gerber) for this especially fantastic issue.
